Nieuw Leven Texel manages the Texel Family Villa property. Please visit the front desk for check-in and check-out. Someone on staff will provide you with your key, tips, and instructions for your stay. Forgot to hire a bike? It’s not too late! Your bikes will be delivered directly to the family villa.

De Pelikaan will send you a welcome message once you’ve successfully booked. More details about your accommodation are included.
To check in and check out, you only need the app. Before your stay, download the app from the App Store or Play Store from the comfort of your own home. Follow the instructions to create your account. A key will appear in your app on the day of your arrival (around 11 am). Press and hold the unlock button until it turns green. Then turn the knob to open the door. No keys necessary!
